Picasso at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino offers a distinctive dining experience centered around French and Spanish influences, with a particular emphasis on French steakhouse fare. Located on the vibrant Las Vegas Strip, this restaurant is a go-to for those looking to indulge in a Michelin-starred setting where refined presentation and careful service stand out, even if the overall atmosphere leans toward the dim and intimate side.

The ambiance here is quietly elegant but noticeably on the darker side, which some diners find cozy while others mention it can make even the staff rely on extra attention to detail when navigating the room. The dining room’s low light and polished surroundings make it feel deliberately reserved, an ideal backdrop for an intimate meal rather than lively group gatherings.

Picasso shines for diners eager to explore multiple courses with carefully matched wines, especially for special occasions. The menu includes thoughtfully crafted desserts such as the Warm Chocolate Fondant with salted caramel and the Espresso Panna Cotta with candied hazelnuts, which complement the main plates well. While portions are on the smaller side, the focus is clearly on quality and presentation. Wine selections are well-curated, supporting the European culinary influences, and recommended pairings add an appreciated layer of depth to the meal.

The service is generally knowledgeable and precise, with staff able to provide detailed explanations about dishes and wine, though experiences vary—some guests note an initial cautiousness from servers that lifts once rapport develops. Attention to accommodating dietary preferences, including vegan options, is a point of care here.

Expecting a significant investment is wise; many patrons cite a high price point reflecting the Michelin star atmosphere and location inside the Bellagio. Visitors aiming for a relaxed, leisurely evening with multiple courses and wine pairings will find Picasso well-suited to that style of dining. The patio seating offers the added perk of views facing the iconic Bellagio fountains, making it a memorable setting especially around water show times.

Picasso is best enjoyed by diners who appreciate nuanced French and Spanish flavors in a formal yet quietly intimate environment, those celebrating special moments, or fans of wine-forward meals. For casual visitors or large groups looking for vibrant energy, the reserved mood might feel subdued. Late evenings during water shows add an extra visual element, but daytime visits tend to emphasize the food and service over spectacle.

Food was good but not over the top in my opinion. It was also very expensive - 165$ for a 3 course meal + dessert is exaggerated. The servers were very precise and informative in which I praise them greatly this evening. Gave the ambience a 4 star because it was quite dark and even the servers had a tough time seeing clearly.

Dining at Picasso is truly a dining experience second to none on the Las Vegas strip. The food is fantastic and so are the recommended wines. I really enjoyed the La Rioja Alta Vina Ardanza with my veal and of course, we could not help but have 3 servings of the poached oysters - our favorite dish. Furthermore, the hospitality, service, and knowledge of the staff is exquisite. Upon entering the restaurant, you immediately feel welcomed and carefully attended to. The attention to detail and speed at which the staff reacts to your needs before even needing to make a request while, at the same time, allowing you to truly enjoy the meal with to your party makes this restaurant a cut above the rest. You are truly made to feel as special as the restaurant itself. On this particular visit, we celebrated Michael's birthday and the staff was so gracious to surprise us with Spanish bubbles, a beautiful cake, and desserts. We appreciated that so much and are forever thankful and in awe of Chef Julian Serrano. A special thank you to him as well as Manny and our server for an amazing experience. We always look forward to retiring and will continue to recommend the restaurant to our friends and family.

Service was mediocre and only became better after they saw we were going to leave a big tip, before that they were indifferent/seemed slightly annoyed throughout the meal. Food was great, paid extra for the wagyu steak and melts in your mouth and is easy to chew. the desserts are also very cute. Expect to spend minimum 200 per person.

Went here for my birthday. Great seat outside on patio watching the water show! Unbelievable service and attentiveness. We did the 5 course tasting menu. This was my first Michelin star restaurant and will not disappoint unless your expectations are very high. Diner was about $400 for 2 people. Plates were small but fresh and flavorful! Presentation was beautiful. They did undercooked my veal, but fixed it. Compared to other Michelin star restaurants I would give this a 7/10. There are some fine dining I have been to in Vegas that are just as good for half the price!

We went to Picasso for my birthday + first anniversary! So this place has a special place in my heart! We were super excited that it’s our first Michelin star restaurant experience. The food was nice (but not over the top). We had vegan food. They even made the dessert a vegan one. But the waiter served us some drinks that he himself tried inventing and they were AWESOME!!! One drink was a hot drink - with breakfast earl grey tea, honey comb on the top, foam and gin! And it was a hot drink - just TOO good! Definitely ask the waiter for this drink! Plus, we had dinner outside - with the Paris hotel and the bellagio fountain in the background! Definitely ask them to be seated outside.

Such a wonderful dinner. Every course was so amazing, I loved every bite. My boyfriend and I had so much fun here, we ended up being there for 3 hours and didn’t even realize we had been there for so long because everything was paced out perfectly. It was the perfect amount of food, I was so full by the end of the night. The service is wonderful and our waiter was very friendly and gave us a perfect night. We had a beautiful view of the fountains as well which really made the dinner even more fun! I can’t wait to come back again.
